COUNSELAXIS TECHNOLOGIES
Accessibility Statement
CounselAxis Technologies is committed to providing meaningful access to its digital intake and attorney services for people with disabilities.
Updated August 19, 2026Our accessibility commitment
We aim to make the CounselAxis experience usable by people with a wide range of visual, hearing, cognitive, motor, and other access needs. Our accessibility efforts are informed by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and the principles of perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust web content.
Accessibility options
Use the accessibility button near the lower-left corner of the page to choose larger page and text sizes, high-contrast presentation, reduced motion, underlined links, and more readable spacing. Your selected accommodations are remembered on the device you are using.
Keyboard and assistive technology
The website provides keyboard-operable controls, a skip-to-content link, visible focus indicators, associated form labels, accessible dialog controls, screen-reader-friendly progress descriptions, and an English/Spanish language selector. Most controls can be reached using Tab and activated using Enter or Space. Press Escape to close the accessibility-options panel.
Documents and alternative formats
Client questionnaires include structured fields and downloadable intake PDFs. Supporting documents supplied by clients or outside parties may not always be fully accessible. If you need help completing an intake, understanding a document, receiving information in an alternative format, or communicating through another reasonable method, contact us before or after submitting the form.
Request an accommodation
We welcome accessibility questions, feedback, and requests for reasonable accommodations. Tell us which page or feature is difficult to use and the assistance or format you need. Please do not include Social Security numbers, passwords, full medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information in ordinary email.
Telephone: 888-742-0092
Email: contact@counselaxis.com
We will review accessibility requests and work to provide an appropriate, effective method of access based on the circumstances.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We periodically review and improve our design, content, forms, and technical features. If any feature does not work with your assistive technology or access needs, please contact us so we can help.
